But the green computers, the so-called Netbooks and Nettops, we get today have single core Atoms and power hungry Intel 945 chipsets which are poor in graphics as well. In 2010, we would see widespread deployment of Dual core Atoms and Nvidia Ion chipsets that boast of low power consumption and excellent graphic capabilities. To run Windows 7 smoothly, insist on Dual core Atom N330, Nvidia Ion chipset and 2GB RAM in your Netbook or Nettop. Some of the better Netbooks have built in 3G which provides wireless broadband upto 3Mbps. Also make sure the built-in WiFi is 802.11n not 802.11g.
